About us
NationGAP helps you understand differences in living costs and purchasing power between countries and cities. Salaries, rent, fuel and product prices are presented with their scope and sources.
Methodology
Living costs exclude rent. City rents are not treated as country averages. Working days for a product equal its price divided by monthly net salary, multiplied by monthly working days; living expenses are not deducted. Missing data is not estimated.
Data Sources
Source links and verification dates appear on the relevant country, city or product page. Hotel prices come from official hotel or brand websites. Image authors and licences appear on detail pages. Record dates do not imply that all values were observed on the same day.
